Steps to follow to activate a new single-user key (purple USB)

1. Check the prerequisites

Please ensure that the prerequisites are met, using the Check the prerequisites Single User Key or a network client user station web page.

2. Activate your new single-user key

  • Plug in your USB key locally
  • Launch the latest version of the Terrasol software
  • From the home window of the software,
    • Click on the Keys /Licenses Information button at the bottom of the welcome window
    • Click on the Open Terrasol Licenses Manager button
    • Go to the Licenses Keys tab
    • Locate the key to update: Hasp HL key
    • Click on the Update button

Launch the software which should now recognise the single user key.
